The BSG series sanding machine has been developed from Q-type, M-type to V-type over the years and formed full product selections with hundreds of models covering 4 feet to 9 feet in width. The sanding machines could meet requirements of handling boards from single opening, multi-opening and continuous press production lines. Till end of 2018, we have provided to market over 2500 sets of sanding machines in wood based and non-wood man-made board industry, new civil materials industry and stainless steel industry. In wood-based panel industry, the market share covers over 75%. In 2018, we have researched based on “integration, informatization, Internet and intelligence” and innovated the new generation V4iⅠ-type sanding machine with maximum working speed of 150m/min, thus the BSG series of sanding machine had reached world’s top level in technology.
The sanding and CTS (cut-to-size) line, innovated in 2007, is a new integrated system applied in particleboard, MDF/HDF multi-opening press production line and continuous press production line. Now we have successfully developed product series with size of 4x8 ft, 4x16ft, 8x16ft, 9x18ft, 9x24ft etc. Till March 2019, Sufoma had provided to market 113 (including 7 lines abroad) sanding and CTS lines, covering 65% of market share used in continuous press production line.
